Knowing ‘What Matters’: Single Course

To sustain success, high performance organizations become masterful at learning, adapting and
innovating ahead of competitors. And, these skills are not limited to the products and services they
offer. They extend to business and collaborative processes. Organizations that consistently set the
standards for their industries, constantly seek to improve cross-functional collaboration. High
performance organizations have a laser-like focus on ‘What Matters’. As a matter of course, they
decline engagement with all possibilities that are not solidly aligned with ‘What Matters’. Therefore,
step one in moving toward peak performance involves debating, defining, articulating and aligning
around ‘What Matters’.
